Sweetha works with children to make their learning a joyful experience. She completed a Diploma in Montessori Teachers Training and Educational Leadership, Administration and Management after teaching at the School of Medication Education, Kottayam for 10 years. Later, while functioning as the Center Coordinator at a preschool in Bangalore, she developed a special interest in understanding the essence of child learning and acquired a Diploma in Learning Disability Management from SPELL Learning Support center - STED. With almost a decade of experience, she seeks to apply alternative ways of teaching students with learning difficulties at SunnySideUp!

Impelled by her ardent passion for  promoting mental health and adjustment among children, adolescents and young adults, Annu received specialised training in 'Childhood Development and Wellbeing in Practice' from the prestigious Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Prior to this, she completed her post-graduation in psychology from IIPR, Bangalore. Over the last 8 years, she developed a special interest in working young adults as she believes that they go through significant  behavioural & emotional problems and adjustment difficulties. Consequently, she has equipped herself to use multiple psychotherapeutic approaches that include, but not limited to, CBT and DBT.

As a dedicated clinician with a post-graduate degree in clinical psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Femi brings in rigorous scientific insight with deep empathy to support your unique mental well-being journey. Grounded in evidence-based psychometric assessments, therapeutic facilitation, and psychoeducation, her practice is firmly rooted in ethical, person-centered care along with CBT-based approaches. Being a warm and genuine person herself, Femi is committed to creating a safe, empowering space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to thrive. This, she believes would empower her clients in their journey to healing.

Nicelin is a social enthusiast, who ensures that our training initiatives are delivered the best for people. With an immense passion and an exceptional amount of energy, she strives to accomplish great learning opportunities for a large number of people, globally. She spent 23 years managing projects in a couple of multi-national organisations, after completing her Masters in Computer Management. With SunnySideUp, she takes care of our client relationships.

He is a consultant clinical psychologist with expertise in cognitive-behaviour therapy as well as behavioural and clinical neuropsychology. After having completed his professional training at the prestigious NIMHANS, Bangalore, he worked with Manipal Hospital and a couple of corporate organisations for more than a decade. Sunny carries over 25 years of experience in clinical practice. He is driven by a profound fascination for human lives and one of the greatest mysteries, the Brain-Mind.
