Yes, most of us do hold circumstances responsible for our mistakes. Similarly, we do tend to hold people responsible for their misdeed. These are errors we all tend to make, usually causing serious problems in our social judgments. It reads ‘when we screw up, we blame others or our circumstances, but when others screw up, we blame it on them or their character’.

As this is considered to be one of the most common reasons for interpersonal conflicts, if you really care for your relationships, watch out!!! Your relationships could be under a potential threat.
Now, “what do we do?”.
Keep in mind the possibility that a specific behavior can have more than one explanation. When something isn't working, it is wise to find out more about the situation before blaming the other person. Avoiding such an error helps you keeping things in good terms with people.
